Maryland Housing Statistics:
June 2021
Just like in May, we're still seeing that growth in the amount of units sold; 10,790 units in 2021 compared to 2020's 8,686 - a 24.2% increase. The average price of a home has risen 17.4% from last year and the median price as risen, as well, up 13.6%. Once again the median number of days a house stays on the market is 6 in 2021, but last year it was 14. However, the inventory is still low: 1.0 compared to last years 2.2.
