Aquasco Homes for $400,000-$500,000
A very small unincorporated area in Prince George's County along the Patuxent River; it has a population less than 1,000. Despite being so small Aquasco still has attractions to offer; including an alpaca farm (Villa de Alpacas Farm) which, one could say, is more than enough reason to move here. Right in the middle of Aquasco, near to the alpaca farm is Hardesty Haven Cafe, a town favourite.
The name Aquasco actually comes from the Native American name Aquascake and it was developed as an agricultural centre for tobacco.
Due to its small area it makes a great place to retire if that's what you're looking for. The houses are all in a comfortable price range and location.
