Petra Quinn provided excellent service in selling my sister's house in an estate sell.
The house was in need of repair and refurbishment. She guided me through the process of determining where to put my available funds to use in bringing out the primary value of the house. The relationships she has developed with a number of contractors served me well. Since I live out of state (1 ½ hours away), she both helped in retaining their services and providing them access. When multiple issue developed between purchase and settlement she stepped up and took them on as her own. She managed both my and the buyer’s expectation leading to a successful conclusion for both of us. I highly recommend her whether you are buying or selling a property.

Vince came to us on a recommendation from friends and we were very thankful for this. Vince provided us with amazing service and provided detailed recommendations. He researched and provided us guidance on the available homes and property in our search area. This process included options that included potentially buying raw land to build. Vince provided us with the knowledge to understand conservation grants and even identify local builders. Ultimately, we decided to purchase the estate from one of our neighbors who had passed away. This process ended up being more complicated than expected but Vince guided us through every step up to and beyond closing. Vince's professionalism and expertise are exceptional but his personal touch and passion for his job are beyond measurement. Vince continues to check in on things and is treated like family.
